1. Programme Nature

The 7 Chakra Voices™ Journey is a 7-week guided group programme designed to support personal reflection, energetic awareness and intuitive development.

The programme may include:

• Live online group sessions

• Access to session recordings

• Supporting materials hosted within a private course portal
  
  

This programme is educational and supportive in nature. It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice.

2. Payment & Commitment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Your enrolment confirms your commitment to the full 7-week programme. The fee reflects access to the complete journey, not individual sessions.

Non-attendance at live sessions does not alter your payment obligation.

3. Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)

Due to the live and digital nature of this programme, all sales are final.

Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind

• Change in personal circumstances

• Inability to attend live sessions

• Perceived lack of results
  
  

Upon enrolment, you are granted access to digital materials and recordings. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital content that is accessed or made available is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period when the buyer agrees to immediate access.

Because these are digital products that become available to you upon entry to the course area, refunds cannot be granted once access has been provided, regardless of how much content has been viewed or how many sessions have taken place at that time.

This includes situations where only part of the course content is currently available (for example where sessions are being released over time).

By purchasing, you acknowledge and consent to immediate access to digital materials and therefore waive your right to cancellation under the 14-day cooling-off period.

4. Access to Recordings & Materials

Participants will receive access to recordings and course materials via a private portal.

Access is granted for personal use only.

All content remains the intellectual property of MJM Shiers Co. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unauthorised sharing will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.

5. Results & Personal Responsibility

Individual experiences and outcomes will vary. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

• You will seek appropriate professional or medical support where needed.

• You understand that this programme does not replace medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.
  
  

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

6. Programme Changes

MJM Shiers Co reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session dates, delivery format, or materials if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, alternative arrangements (such as rescheduling or access to recordings) will be provided. Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJM Shiers Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the programme.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not legally permitted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
