Card Pull Readings - Non-Refundable

Card pull readings are custom spiritual services created specifically for you.

Once a reading has been prepared or delivered — including video, voice note, written interpretation, or photo evidence — it is considered fulfilled and no refunds are available.

Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.

Distance Healing Services — Non-Refundable After Work Begins

Distance healing and energetic clearing services are custom services.

• Cancellation is allowed only before the work has begun

• Once the session or energetic work has started, the service is considered in progress and is non-refundable

Scheduled Healing Sessions (Online)

This applies to booked Zoom or remote sessions. Payment secures your appointment time and preparation involved.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancel 72 hours or more before your session → full refund or reschedule allowed

• Cancel between 24–72 hours → reschedule or credit only

• Cancel less than 24 hours → no refund

• No-show → no refund

Credits must be used within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Terms - fulfilled sessions

Once a healing session has been delivered, (whether in person, online or via recorded transmissions), the service is considered fulfilled. Please also read our Spiritual & Wellness Services Disclaimer further down this page.

In-Person Sessions - Deposit Policy

In-person sessions require a £10 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

• The deposit is always non-refundable

• If proper notice (72+ hours) is given, the remaining balance may be refunded or the session rescheduled

• Under 24 hours cancellation → no refund of remaining balance

Late Arrival

Late arrival may reduce your session length to protect other bookings. Full session fees still apply.

Practitioner Cancellation

If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• rescheduling, or

• full refund (including any deposit beyond the stated non-refundable portion where appropriate)
