Because access is provided immediately and materials cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Card Pull Readings - Non-Refundable

Card pull readings are custom spiritual services created specifically for you.

Once a reading has been prepared or delivered — including video, voice note, written interpretation, or photo evidence — it is considered fulfilled and no refunds are available.

Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.

Distance Healing Services — Non-Refundable After Work Begins

Distance healing and energetic clearing services are custom services.

• Cancellation is allowed only before the work has begun

• Once the session or energetic work has started, the service is considered in progress and is non-refundable

Cancelling, rearranging and missed appointments

These terms apply to one-to-one online sessions booked and paid for in advance with Inner Voices Healing.

If you need to cancel or rearrange

Please contact me as soon as possible by replying to your booking email. If you give me at least 24 hours’ notice, you can rearrange your appointment or request a refund for that session.

If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, I may be unable to fill the appointment time. We can discuss a new date, but a free rebooking or full refund is not guaranteed. Any amount I retain will reflect the loss caused by the late cancellation, taking account of whether I can fill the slot.

If you are late or cannot join

Please message me as soon as you can if you are running late or having trouble joining your online session. If you have not arrived after five minutes, I will send a message to check in. I will remain available until 15 minutes after our agreed start time.

If I have not heard from you by then, I will treat the appointment as missed. As that time has been reserved for you, a refund or free rebooking is not guaranteed. If something unexpected has happened, please get in touch as soon as you can so I can consider the circumstances.

If you join late, we may need to finish at the originally agreed time so that I can honour my other appointments.

Technical difficulties

If a link I have provided does not work, or a technical problem on my side prevents the session from going ahead, I will offer to rearrange the session or refund that appointment. If you have difficulty connecting, please message me promptly so we can try to resolve it.

If I need to cancel

If I need to cancel your appointment, I will let you know as soon as I can. You can choose a new date or receive a full refund for the affected session.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any cancellation or refund rights you have under UK consumer law.

Refund Terms - fulfilled sessions

Once a healing session has been delivered, (whether in person, online or via recorded transmissions), the service is considered fulfilled. Please also read our Spiritual & Wellness Services Disclaimer further down this page.

In-Person Sessions - Deposit Policy

In-person sessions require a £10 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

• The deposit is always non-refundable

• If proper notice (72+ hours) is given, the remaining balance may be refunded or the session rescheduled

• Under 24 hours cancellation → no refund of remaining balance

Late Arrival

Late arrival may reduce your session length to protect other bookings. Full session fees still apply.

Practitioner Cancellation

If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• rescheduling, or

• full refund (including any deposit beyond the stated non-refundable portion where appropriate)
