Emotional Freedom Techniques

A gentle way to work with the emotions and experiences that are still affecting you

Sometimes you know exactly what is bothering you. At other times, you simply feel stressed, overwhelmed, emotional or stuck in a pattern that you cannot seem to shift.

EFT gives you a simple way to begin working with what is happening beneath the surface.

What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is often known simply as tapping.

During your session, we will talk gently about the situation, emotion or pattern you would like to work on. I will then guide you to tap on a sequence of points on your face and upper body while we use words and phrases connected to what you are experiencing.

There is nothing complicated to learn. You don’t need to know the “right” thing to say. I will guide you through the whole process.

How can EFT help?

EFT can help you work with:

  • Stress and overwhelm
  • Worry and overthinking
  • Difficult or uncomfortable emotions
  • Fears and self-doubt
  • Unhelpful patterns or reactions
  • A past or current situation that continues to affect you

The aim is to reduce some of the emotional intensity around what has happened, so that you can feel calmer and think about it with greater clarity.

You will always remain in control of the session, and you will not be pushed to discuss anything you are not ready to explore.

One session or a short series?

A single session can be helpful for focusing on a particular feeling, trigger or situation.

For something with several emotions or layers attached to it, four linked sessions may give us more time to work through what is coming up. Sometimes releasing one aspect of a situation brings another feeling or memory to the surface, which we can then explore in a later session.

Online

EFT works just as simply online as it does in person.

For an online appointment, we will meet by video call and I will demonstrate the tapping points while you tap on yourself.

You can join from home, with no travelling and everything you need close by.

In person

In-person appointments are available at Moonlight Beauty Salon in Rishton.

I will still guide you to tap the points on your own face and upper body, so the process remains gentle and fully within your control.

Limited reduced-rate appointments

Reduced qualification rate

I am currently working towards my EFT Level 2 practitioner qualification and need to complete 50 practical sessions as part of the process.

I am releasing appointments in small numbers at a reduced rate while I build my practical EFT experience.

£15 per session
Limited Availability

A limited number of sessions are available for £15 each, with the fee gradually increasing as I progress towards completing my qualification.

As part of my accreditation requirements, I can offer you a four-session package which will be available, priced to reflect the current training rate. Participation in the four-session package requires more additional recording consent from you, compared to booking a single session. You can read more about that here

Every appointment lasts at least 45 minutes. Everything discussed during your session will remain confidential, although I will ask you to provide some brief feedback afterwards to support my learning.

Ready to book?

If something has been weighing on you and you would like to see whether EFT could help you begin to release it, you can book a single session or the four-session package.

NOTE: When choosing the four-session package, you will only be required to book the first session on the calendar now - further sessions will be booked at the end of your face-to-face sessions.
