This is where you can register for the FREE recurring live group Chakra Voices™ Healing and Activation sessions.
Each session will focus on a particular chakra. We’ll use muscle testing, meridian touch, breathwork and guided visualisation to listen to its Chakra Voice™, release what may be getting in the way and support it to work more freely.
Your Chakra Voice™ may be operating too quietly, too loudly or feel out of balance. Together, we’ll work to bring it back towards a more balanced, supportive state.

Once you've signed up - if you don’t want to wait until the next live session - we’d love to also gift you access to the Root Chakra Voice™ Experience, which contains a recording of the previous Root Chakra Voice™ session and other supporting resources such as a workbook and guided meditation.
How does a live group healing and activation session work?
Although for every session, we’ll be joining together as a group, you won’t be expected to share anything personal, speak on screen or have your camera on unless you choose to.
The session is structured so you can be guided through the experience privately, connecting with your own Chakra Voice™ in the way that feels right for you.
There will be opportunities to choose your personal focus, notice what comes up and adapt how you interact with your chakra energy throughout the session.
